1. Presentation & Publisher

This site is published by an individual, owned by Vetzy.eu & doganddev.eu. Hosting provided by Hetzner (DOG&DEV Host). Contact: contact@vetzy.eu

2. Purpose of the Service

The platform enables connections between users and veterinarians, information dissemination, profile management, notifications, newsletter subscription, and appointment scheduling. Access is free for users, paid for veterinarians (off-platform).

3. Access & Registration

Site access is free. Some features require registration (name, surname, email, phone, minimum age 16). Veterinarians have a dedicated space. Newsletter subscription is optional.

4. User Obligations

Users commit to providing accurate information and respecting European legislation. Veterinarians are responsible for their profile content. Any illegal or non-compliant publication may lead to account deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, databases, code) is the exclusive property of doganddev.eu, vetzy.eu and gardeveterinaires.eu. No reuse, reproduction or extraction is allowed without written agreement.

6. Liability & Limitations

The platform verifies veterinarians' existence but does not guarantee quality, availability or truthfulness of services offered. The publisher declines any responsibility in case of error, unavailability or dispute between users and veterinarians.

7. Personal Data & Cookies

Only strictly necessary data is collected (name, surname, email, phone). Use: statistics, account management, notifications, newsletter (on subscription). DPO: contact@vetzy.eu. Immediate data deletion on request or via account. No cookies except necessary ones. Logs kept for 90 days.

8. Security

Standard security measures are in place (encryption, restricted access, limited backups). In case of breach, contact: contact@vetzy.eu.

9. Account & Data Deletion

Deletion possible at any time via user account. Data is immediately erased, including from backups.

10. Changes to the Terms

Terms can be modified at any time. Users will be informed by email. Use of the site after modification implies acceptance.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to European law (France, Belgium, Switzerland). In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Hainaut (Belgium).

13. Accessibility

The platform commits to respecting WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria: complete keyboard navigation, visible focus, compliant contrasts, hierarchical titles, explicit links, images with alt attribute, accessible forms, accessible dynamic components, defined page language, regular automatic tests and manual audits. Any accessibility difficulty can be reported to contact@vetzy.eu.
